More get-rich-quick nonsense, reviewed by someone who’s never reviewed another Amazon item — predictable.
A rave review from someone who joined the Marketplace in February 2006, & it’s “increasing profits substantially” by March. Nonsense, & nonsense.
And the e-book’s publisher can only manage an 88% approval rating in the Marketplace. (A note about marketing: don’t put whiny comments about your customers in a public forum, like Amazon. com Feedback. )
Wow, I bet that means they really have a solid grasp on what they’re trying to teach.
Not.
Here’s a freebie. Roughly, you’ll have to have 100 Marketplace items to get a sale a week. Unless you know how to properly describe an item & set a price that is competitive yet gives you a reasonable profit, either your merch won’t move or you’ll dig a hole. If it doesn’t move, then how much it’s “worth” matters nothing. If it costs more to purchase, pack, & ship than you got paid, then you’re digging a hole.
I stand by three stars. The advice in this book probably won’t bankrupt you, but it certainly won’t make you rich either.
Rating: 3 / 5
I have applied the information contained in this eBook and have increased my profits substantially. I know several other people who have bought this book and they all say the same thing: it works! The price of this book will be covered by your very first sale! If you want to increase sales by thousands of dollars, this is the book to buy!
The person who wrote the critical review below didn’t even read the book, much less apply its principles. How can someone give this great product such a poor review without reading the book? I would like to suggest he buy a copy *ON CD ROM*, try it, and retract his review. There is no marketing here — this is Amazon. The authors who wrote this book have done thier homework and have done a good job of presenting in this book their system designed to boost your profits selling books on Amazon. Thank’s Goody’s!
