Why dont you keep them & just get new systems or save one batch of games from a certain system & but a new system..
You could try ebay or possibly craigslist for selling the games online.

The best place to check is your local city or county clerk's office.
Online businesses are typically not required to be licensed to be able to operate. Unlike if you are operating a physical store on Main Street — you will need a business license for that.
However you can register your business with your county if it will be a sole proprietorship. If a partnership, LLC or corporation then you register with your state.
You might need to file for sales or use tax, however it is called in your state.

NO, They should do all titles!! A game doesn’t have to be on Nintendo to be good. Look at “Street Fighter 4″ ” and Resident Evil 5″

They'll take GameCube games, but I know for sure they won't take SNES or NES games. It kinda makes sense regarding inventory but they'll pay you depending on how demanding the game is. Good luck!
