It's not a scam just normally not a good deal for the seller. On the norm these companies buy for around 80% of the tax appraisal value or at max of the fair market value, so unless you just need out of the house now, it may not be your best option

service(buyer): Need quick response. For example, I asked for a CMA to my agent, she hasn't gotten it to me yet and it has been over 2 weeks and i had already asked her like 3 times.
quality(buyer): When taking the buyer to show property highlight all the bad things as well not just the goods. don't expect the buyer to know it all even though you've given them the MLS print out.

Leave him. You clearly aren't happy and you are only punishing yourself by staying with him. What's more, he is completely betraying your trust by his constant lies and you should not have to put up with that. Even if you do not divorce him at the moment due to the house, you can still leave him and make it definate that a divorce is on the way.
Don't stay with someone you don't love.
If you stay with him you are at risk of completely destroying your life, and you could get pregnant and end up dragging children into this mess.
Do what is best for you and stay the heck away with him and get someone who treats you with the respect you deserve,

Theres not a big profit margin in electronics unless you are selling in mexico. I sold electronics on ebay about 7 years ago. For every 10,000 dollars of sales, my net was about 500. I used a drop shipper to save on shipping (So I didnt have to spend to send it to me and then send it to them.) This seems like a good way to do it, but if your drop shipper doesnt have the item in stock, sometimes they dont tell you and your customers will wait a month or longer to get the items. You can buy boxes pretty cheap at Uline.com. If you try to buy boxes from a retail store, you will pay about 3 to 4 times more. Remember that ebay takes a cut of your final value fee and paypal takes another cut of the amount sent to you.
I personally like starting my auctions at 99 cents because its the cheapest listing fee. But sometimes you wont get what you paid for the item doing it this way if there is alot of competition for that item on ebay.
Becareful of scammers. They will tell you that they want you to end the auction early and they will pay you 400 dollars for an item that costs 100 dollars in the store and they will want you to send to some african country or somewhere far away. They will send a U.S. Postal money order thats fake and you wont find out until weeks later when the money is deducted from your account that it was fake.
All in all, i was averaging about 7 dollars per hour with the amount of time i was putting ebay and my auctions. Maybe you can do better than me though, but for me it wasnt worth the headache.
